Indonesia Visa

Worldwide visas by Consular Assistance, Inc.

In order to obtain a visa to Indonesia applicants should provide to our Agency the following:

Tourist visa

Valid, signed U.S. passport. Must be valid for at least 6 months after departing and contain at least one blank visa page.
2 passport-type photographs.
2 filled out visa application forms
Copy of round trip airline tickets or itinerary, or letter from travel agent.
Copy of most recent bank statement required
Letter from employer verifying employment or leave of absense
Letter explaining purpose of trip to Indonesia

Social Visit Visa

Valid, signed U.S. passport. Must be valid for at least 6 months after departing and contain at least one blank visa page.
2 passport-type photographs.
2 filled out visa application forms
Copy of round trip airline tickets or itinerary, or letter from travel agent.
Letter explaining purpose of trip to Indonesia

Business visa

Valid, signed U.S. passport. Must be valid for at least 6 months after departing and contain at least one blank visa page.
2 passport-type photographs.
2 filled out visa application forms.
Copy of round trip airline tickets or itinerary, or letter from travel agent.
For multiple entries visas an invitation from the host organization in Indonesia is required.
A business letter of responsibility is required, to be typewritten on your company letterhead and addressed to: Embassy of Indonesia, Visa Section, Washington, D.C.
The letter must explain:
- Nature of business to be performed;
- Name and address of reference to be visited;
- Guarantee of return transportation and sufficient funds for the visit.
- The letter should be signed by an officer of the company other than the applicant.

Fees and proccessing time:

Processing time: 4 days.

Payment: Money order, company check or personal check made out to Consular Assistance, Inc.

Additional information:

The Indonesia visa is usually valid for three months from date of issue, for stay not to exceed 30 days
Multiple Entries visa is available for business visitors only. Letter of invitation from host company in Indonesia is required. The Multiple entries visa is usually issued for stays up to 30 days, but may be issued for stays up to 60 days - at the discretion of the Consul.
